Cancellation Policy
At Reinventing Yourself, LLC, we’re dedicated to supporting your journey with care and understanding. To ensure a seamless experience, please review our 48-hour cancellation policy below: All Services (Individual Coaching, Consultations, Career Coaching, Personalized Image Makeover, Vision Board Party, Group Specialty Coaching, etc.): Cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your session/event for a full refund or no-charge rescheduling. Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows are non-refundable. One rescheduling may be allowed at Beverly’s discretion, based on availability. Group events: Transfer your spot to another person with prior notice within 48 hours, subject to approval. How to Cancel: Email reinventingyourselfcoach@gmail.com with your name, session/event details, and request. We’ll confirm within 24 hours and process refunds within 5-7 business days.
